Space Board Game pieces

These SpaceShips are designed for a new board game designed by one of our clients. These pieces follow the Toy Standard Safety regulations and are designed with kids ages six and above in mind.

Donegan Gear Enclosure

Donegan Gear is a film equipment rental shop, they found that one of their greatest pains is the power converters burn out, as they are exposed to elements and due to a poor unitization of electronic hardware. The founder of this company has found an alterative circuit which uses an analog power converter. By using an analog system, this design produces less heat and has a longer life span.

We were tasked with the challenge of designing an enclosure for the circuity. The largest challenge of this project is that the standard male components of a V-clip, were not readily available. To solve this challenge, we fully integrated the standard V-clip design into the enclosure. Furthermore, this design was made with low volume production in mind. Thus, we were able to consider CNC machining and High-quality 3D printed Carbon for production.

Just Bee Cosmetics has launched this new product, the 100% Natural Lotion Bar.

We had the pleasure to help them designed theis custom product which we have converted into a mould.

Cannabis Cigar Roller

One of our clients is looking forward to taking advantage of the upcoming Cannabis industry. He created an innovated way to make cigars that are made with marijuana. He’s plan is to become a supplier to emerging dispensaries.

Together we designed and developed a jig fixture/mould that our innovative client can use to reduce his production time and create a consistently identical product.

The Fatty

Fishing Spool

This multi string spool is used to quickly spool multiple sizes of fishing spool. This design is made to work with a simple drill and allows for a way to effectively organize your fishing gear.

The Fatty Cigar Filter

The fatty is a mount piece used alongside the Cigar roller, it’s a way to brand the cannabis cigars and it is also used as a filter.

It was manufactured using 3D printed wood.
